Although Paris Hilton has cleaned up her act considerably, she won’t be allowed to attend this year’s Oktoberfest festivities. But it’s not because of her bad behavior in the past.

Gabrielle Weishaeupl of a German tourist board said that using celebrity promotions “are completely prohibited by the new festival rules.” But they never said that celebrity attendees were outlawed, right?

Maybe Paris will take her new 20-year-old Swedish boytoy to the festival with her. Blasting reports that she’s with Adrian Grenier, new rumors are spreading that the 26-year-old heiress is spending some serious time with 20-year-old Alex Vaggo.
