Many of her movies failed while others did moderately well like Rakshak (1996), Diljale (1996), Duplicate (1998) and the critically acclaimed Zakhm (1999). She also worked in Tamil movies like Kadhalar Dhinam (1999) and Kannodu Kanbathellam (1999).
2000 to 2009 In Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai (2000), she played the role of Khushi who is in love with Anil Kapoor’s character. It was followed by the comedy Love Ke Liye Kuchh Bhi Karega (2001). After another appearance in a song in Rajkumar Santoshi’s Lajja (2001), she worked in Telugu movies like Indra (2002) and Shankardada MBBS (2004). She was seen in a cameo as a doctor in the major hit Kal Ho Naa Ho (2003).
